Vintage® Mahogany-Top Folk Series
Vintage Folk all mahogany wood
One thing in common within the range of Vintage Mahogany top series offers fantastic value. Back in the 90s, Vintage started with OOO (Martin like) body under Encore brand, model F300 with spruce top / mahogany. In 2003.,when F300 evolved into V300 under Vintage brand, the shoulder morphed from OOO Martin style into slimmer shape bringing a hybrid between G. Concert & Folk shapes.
The remaining traits like light weight design, robust bracing & high resonance output are maintained. In 2010, Vintage launched the V300MH solid mahogany top and mahogany back/side. The build echoes Martin’s austerity instruments back in 1930s – 40s, typified with all mahogany style 15s.
Vintage V300MH has been making other acoustic brands with solid mahogany top nervous, by offering powerful, killer bluesy acoustic tones in smaller size at bargain price. A must consider model for beginners who want to start with authentic vintage acoustic guitar.
